Leadership, for me, has always been about creating space - for ideas, for voices, for the kind of conversations that don't happen unless someone makes room for them. From a literature club to a leadership conclave, the medium changed but the mission stayed the same.

Led the college literature club from a small reading group to an active community. Organized literary events, inter-college competitions, and mentored junior members in creative writing and public speaking.
Grew active membership by 3x and established the club as a recognized cultural force on campus.

Chaired a cross-departmental conclave focused on women in technology and leadership. Coordinated speakers from industry, organized panel discussions, and created mentorship pathways for students.
Brought together 200+ attendees across departments and sparked ongoing mentorship connections.
